Yoga literally means “Union” – union of breath with the body, union of the mind with the muscles, and most importantly union of the self with the Divine. Yoga is not a religion. It does not require you to believe in a certain God or chant certain mantras. Yoga is an ancient science which leads to health in the body, peace in the mind, joy in the heart, and liberation of the soul. Connect with like-minded, conscious yogis from every part of the world. The programme offers an extensive schedule of possibility, starting with Kundalini sadhana at 4a.m. for the intensely committed and ending at 9:30 pm with traditional cultural song and dance, kirtan and enlightened entertainment on the banks of Ganga. You can customize each day as per your personal needs. We also have a Sacred Sound Stage for you to come, unwind and awaken through the power of sound.
